  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email that includes your shipping confirmation and tracking info. If your order includes multiple items from different suppliers, those items will be shipped separately, and you will receive additional tracking numbers.
  • You should expect to receive your shipping confirmation within 1-3 business days after placing your order. After that, your order should arrive within 1-4 business days, depending on your location.

PACKAGE DELIVERY

  • All applicable customs duties and import taxes are included in your purchase price, and you will not be required to pay any additional charges upon delivery.
  • It is our priority to make sure your order arrives safe and secure. Most Blush Lux orders require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure you are available to sign for your delivery or make arrangements with the shipping provider to pick up your package.
  • If you request no signature required, refuse delivery, or do not pick up your order for any reason, you will be responsible for the contents of the package. You will not be entitled to a full refund from Blush Lux. Additionally, Blush Lux is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
